Very goods news come from the USA for the Philippine Navy. Recent day USA ready to sent one of their offshore patrol boat, Hamilton class. Although its a old vesel but after heavy upgrade program, this vessel become powerfull (in term weaponry)for philippine to conduct offshore patrolling.
Hamilton Class now equipped with Phalanx ciws and powered by CODOG system and now maybe become flagship of Philippine Navy.
Surely this ship did'not adequate do detter China navy that become more assertivein south china sea, but at least class hamilton ship will give more bite to china navy (or another country) if they tend to harrast them.
